Morning Meditation

Mediation is a powerful tool to lower stress, reduce anxiety, enhance focus and boost overall health. This morning meditation will help set the mood for your day and week. Wear comfy clothing and be prepared to sit or lie down for an extended period of time. This class is donation based (suggested $10-$20) and everyone is welcome. Register here.
