Outdoor Yoga Flow
Celebrate warmer weather with us with our first outdoor yoga class of the season. Everyone is welcome and this event is donation based.
Sound Bath
This sound bath will be a bit different because it will be our Earth Day celebration as well! Promptly following our sound bath, we will have a clothing swap where you can bring clothing that no longer brings you joy and trade it for something new. It’s a great way to get your wardrobe ready for summer without spending any money. Everything left over will be donated to people in need.

Pink Moon Event
The April full moon is historically called the Pink Moon for the pink flowers that begin to bloom in early spring. Come join us for a night of celebration of the full moon. We will do some journaling and a pink moon themed yoga flow. This event is open to everyone and is donation based. Message me to reserve your spot!
Luck Themed Yoga
Manifest luck this month with a luck themed yoga session. Open to the public and donation based. Message me to reserve your spot!

Beginner Yoga Class
I will be teaching a yoga class at The Local Co-Op! The location is 1991 S 1100 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84106. Don’t miss it, this is a great way to be introduced to the practice of yoga in a welcoming space.
Donation based! Doors close at 8:35 am :)
Sound Bath
Come relax with a sound bath. Soothing music will be played with a singing bowl. Wear warm, comfy clothes with fuzzy socks and an extra blanket :)
